Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Recipe

Introducing our Pumpkin Crème Brûlée recipe, created in partnership with Monin! Fall is here and we are bringing a delicious fall favorite to the comfort of your home in three simple steps! You won’t beleaf how easy it is. Enjoy this staple sweet treat any day throughout the season or complement your Thanksgiving meal. This recipe is for a 12oz glass.

Ingredients:
-½ oz. Monin® Caramel Sauce
-1 oz. Half & Half
Joffrey’s Pumpkin Crème Brûlée Coffee (brewed)
-Whipped Cream
-Cinnamon

Step 1:
Brew Joffrey’s Coffee:
– Start with filtered water.
-This brings the most out of every drop of Joffrey’s coffee.
– Use 2 tablespoons of our coffee for each 6 ounces of water.

Step 2:
Prepare Glass:
-Fill serving glass full of hot water to warm glass.
-Discard hot water and pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
-Stir gently to mix.

Step 3:
Garnish:
-Top with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and cinnamon.
-Insert straw and serve.
